R. K. Industries is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Industrial Machinery including but not limited to Sigma Kneader, High Speed Disperser, Ribbon Blender, Paint Machinery, Wall Putty Machine, and Chemical Plants. All information provided on this site is for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

4. Product Specifications & Customization

5. Pricing and Quotations
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, packing, and delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quote. R. K. Industries reserves the right to change pricing due to raw material cost fluctuations or exchange rates.
6. Payment Terms
Standard terms require an advance payment (typically 30-50%) with the balance against delivery or prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to delay delivery or cancel orders if payments are not received on time.
7. Delivery & Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates based on current production schedules (we serve 600+ clients across India).
Risk of loss or damage to the machinery passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our factory. We ensure safe packaging, but insurance is recommended for transit.
8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Warranty: We warrant that our machinery is free from manufacturing defects for a period specified in the purchase agreement (typically 12 months from dispatch, excluding consumables and misuse).
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, R. K. Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or production downtime) arising from the use of our machinery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where our registered office is located.
